Lovely FRIENDLY FEELING cottage. Had a lovely week. First time here. Look out for baby blackbirds so nice to watch them being fed. We hope to return again to lovely Wells. Many thanks and also for the welcome pack - a nice touch.
A beautiful Easter week end - superb weather all 4 days. Great situation for town and beach - lots of lovely walks too - and a lovely children's playground which Sam loved !!
A relaxing and cosy week in the cottage. A perfect base from which to wander round Wells and explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast and countryside, before returning for a warm up of tea and some cake.

We have had another wonderful stay - Avocet View is lovely, so comfortable and well equipped in such a lovely position for some long walks and great to see the wild life from the lounge window. We don't want to leave but will be back. Thank you Jo and Patrick - we love it here. x
